1. DIGITAL DOWNLOADS: QUICKLY AND DIRECTLY

Downloads imply password-protected PDFs including cover, front and back page.  You have two options to retrieve your download information and password:

- through ‘‘My Account’’ / ‘‘My Downloadable Products’’

- through the confirmation email

In the event of emerging hang-ups while and in the following download operation please note our references of trouble-shooting here. 

2. SHIPMENTS: PRINTED IN QUALITY

Our songsbooks, notebooks and books are printed in high quality in format DIN A4 (210x297mm) and are shipped quickly: If you order till 9 a.m. Berlin time, we ship on the same workday (monday till friday).
