First Aid


In some cases, little troubles may occur with downloading the PDF after your successful purchase. Among others, possible reasons can be the following:   

  • Adobe Acrobat and/or Acrobat Reader is an older version than 5.0
  • Non-compatible or alternative software to open the PDFs
  • Non-compatible hard- and/or software to open the PDFs, in particular while using smartphones, tablets, panels of Apple etc.
  • Non-compatible internet browser and plug-ins to open the PDFs
  • Non-compatible country settings in the operating system  

Please notice the quick reference guide to exclude further sources of error.



There are two alternative possibilities to open the PDF with your personal password.

 Opt. 1: Download from ‘‘my Account’’ and ‘‘Save as’’ (mouse click right)

1. ‘‘Log in’’ to ‘‘My Account’’ with your email address and password

2. ‘‘My Downloadable Products’’ (sidebar left) direct you to the view of your download purchases
