But why the change?

High maintenance costs and general usability led us to develop this updated and invigorated store - cleaner, tidier and easier to use than ever before. But, it is most unfortunate that our new setup means that we have been unable to transfer existing customer accounts to our new platform, forcing regular customers to re-register. We apologise for this inconvenience, but trust it will be a one time hiccough as we push forward into the next phase of our growth.

Of course though, you may still choose to order as a guest without a customer account anyway just as before.
