Delivery and Payment

1. SPEEDY SHIPPING

If you order untill 9 a.m. Berlin time, we ship on the same workday (Monday to Friday). Your items are shipped as a postal letter in a sturdy envelope when not heavier than 1 kg. This is the fastest way by mail. When heavier than 1 kg, they are shipped as a parcel.

2. SHIPPING COSTS

Germany: Our shipping flat rate within Germany is 3,00 Euro. Free shipping applies on orders 20 Euro and more when shipping address within Germany.

EU: Our flat rate for shipping within the European Union (and outside Germany) is 4,50 Euro. Free shipping applies on orders 40 Euro and more and when shipping address is within the EU (and outside Germany).

Other Countries: Shipping costs in countries outside the European Union are calculated according to the weight of the ordered items: up to 500g weight (365g goods + 135g wrapping) 4,80 Euro, from 500g to 1 kg (863g goods + 137g wrapping) 7,80 Euro, from 1kg to 2 kg (1,780kg goods + 220g wrapping) 16,80 Euro, from 2 kg (1,780kg goods + 220g wrapping) 37 Euro. Free shipping applies on orders 100 Euro and more and when shipping address is outside the EU.

3. PAYMENT OPTIONS

We offer the following payment options:

  • Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard
  • E-payment: Paypal, Giropay, Sofortüberweisung
  • PayPalExpress
  • Prepayment

Prepayment

You don't need to indicate any bank data. After having ordered you will receive an e-mail with our bank account. After you have payed, we will send you either the download or the physical article. If your money arrives before 9 a.m. (Berlin time) you will receive your article the same working day (monday till saturday).

PayPal Express

This is the fastes way of paying for you (except you have got an account at jazzinotes): you don't need to enter any personal data: from the cart you get directly to PayPal where you have to sign in and to pay.

Credit Card: Visa & Mastercard

Credit card payments are very secure. You enter your data in SSL (secured socket Layer), that means the URL begins with https://. Your transaction is processed through a certified clearing house (PSP – Payment Service Provider) and your strongly encrypted data is transferred to the bank which handles your credit card (Acquirer). These operate under license from the relevant credit card company (Visa, Mastercard) and commit themselves to the PCI standard (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards). Thus, your sensitive data is protected through the use of current systems and applications and not stored unnecessarily – at no time are we able to see your credit card information.

E-Payment & Online-Banking: Giropay or Sofortüberweisung

These payment options are yet only possible in the EU or even Germany. You enter your data in SSL (secured socket Layer), that means the URL begins with https://. During the ordering process you will be automatically redirected to the online banking (Giropay or Sofortüberweisung). Follow as usual the instructions of your chosen provider. During the transaction, your data will be protected through PIN / TAN or encrypted codes.
